1. Remove existing nail polish
2. Soak hands in warm sudsy water for 5-10 minutes. Pat dry.
3. File nails to shape desired with the Spiffer™ manicure pen emery edge.
4. Clean under nails with the Spiffer™ manicure pen cleaner tip.
5. Gently push cuticles back with the Spiffer™ manicure pen contoured cuticle pusher tip.
6. Apply emolient lotion to hands, including cuticles and nails.
7. Sweep away excess lotion from nails and cuticles with a nail polish remover-soaked cotton ball.
8. Apply base coat, 2 coats of colored polish and clear top coat.
9. Relax and let dry for at least 15 minutes.
